Eva is GLAD’s Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for operations and finance. She has been at GLAD since July 2005. Prior to GLAD, Eva managed a consulting practice providing interim support, technical assistance and special project work to a variety of non-profits & small businesses. Past employers include: Mass Housing Partnership Fund, Touche Ross & Company (currently Deloitte & Touche) and the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts.
Eva has over 25 years of combined successful experience in public accounting and non-profit management in wide-ranging capacities including: CFO, controller, treasurer, consultant, auditor, trainer, manager and coach.
Eva is a Rockwood Leadership alumnus and participated in the inaugural cohort of the 21st Century Pipeline project; a year-long leadership training program designed to retain & support leaders of color in the LGBT movement.
Eva currently serves on the Executive Committee of Boston College’s AHANA Alumni Advisory Council and is a member of the Steering Committee for the Movement Advancement Project’s annual CFO Conference. She is a past board member of Provincetown Film Society, The Theatre Offensive, Elizabeth Stone House, Victory Programs and Casa Myrna Vasquez.
She holds an M.S.B.A. in Accounting & Operations Management, from Boston College, School of Management.
