How To Renew Your LRS Membership
If it has been over one year since you initially joined GLAD’s Lawyer Referral Service (LRS) or renewed your membership, you are due to renew. Please fill out the LRS Membership Renewal Form to renew your membership and continue receiving referrals.
You can mail your completed Renewal Form and current proof of malpractice insurance (declaration page or certificate of insurance) to:
