The Trump Administration announced tonight that it will take no further action towards a stay of the January 1 enlistment date resulting from preliminary injunctions against the transgender military ban in GLAD’s case Doe v. Trump and others. This means that as of January 1, qualified transgender Americans who wish to serve their country will be able to enlist.
