Marriage Equality Case Before Connecticut Supreme Court
Senior Attorney Ben Klein presented oral argument before the CT Supreme Court in today. The case seeks to end Connecticut’s exclusion of lesbian and gay couples from marriage rights. After two and a half years, the eight plaintiff couples in the case finally had their day in court.
