New Hampshire House Passes Transgender Rights Protections
The New Hampshire House of Representatives voted today 188 - 187 to pass HB 415, “An Act Adding Certain Terms Regarding Non-discrimination to the Laws,” which would provide critical non-discrimination and hate crime protections to the state’s transgender citizens. The bill was originally voted down 181-149 last month, but House members opted to reconsider the legislation today. The bill now moves on to the Senate.
