Marriage Equality Case Before Connecticut Supreme Court

Senior Attorney Ben Klein presented oral argument before the CT Supreme Court in Kerrigan & Mock v. Connecticut Department of Public Health today. The case seeks to end Connecticut’s exclusion of lesbian and gay couples from marriage rights. After two and a half years, the eight plaintiff couples in the case finally had their day in court.
