GLAD Provides Marriage Resources for NH Same-Sex Couples
Beginning January 1, 2010, same-sex couples will be able to marry in New Hampshire. In anticipation of this, GLAD is providing several resources for couples:
New Publication
How to Get Married in New Hampshire – a new publication providing information on the process for marrying in New Hampshire, and answers to legal questions those considering marriage may have.

Samples of two forms are available here: the Intention of Marriage worksheet and the Civil Union to Marriage Conversion application. Please note that these forms are for reference only. The actual forms can be obtained by visiting any Town Clerk’s office.
