ENDA Senate Committee Hearing November 5
The Federal Employment Non Discrimination Act (ENDA) will receive an important hearing November 5 in the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee. ENDA would prohibit employment discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity. The bill was heard in the House Education and Labor Committee on September 23.
