Forum on Civil Rights and Marriage Equality

On the 2nd anniversary of the Goodridge decision, GLAD held a panel discussion on the linkages between the civil rights movement and the movement for lgbt rights.

Panelists including Harvard law professor Randall Kennedy, Reverend Irene Monroe, Reverend Traci West, GLAD Civil Rights Project Director Mary Bonauto, and Massachusetts state representative Byron Rushing, spoke before an audience of 175 at Old South Meeting House.
