Donating to GLAD - Gifts in Honor / Memory

A great way to recognize someone special in your life is to give a gift in their honor or memory. GLAD sends a letter to the individual, or to the appropriate survivor in the case of a memorial gift, letting them know you have made a gift in their name. Honor and memorial gifts are also recognized in our publications for amounts of $600 or more.

When you make a gift, just use the Comment box to let us know:

• Who the gift is in of honor or memory of
• Why you are making the gift, if appropriate, i.e., their birthday, wedding, etc.
• The address and name of the person who should receive the acknowledgement
  (we do not indicate amount of the gift, only that a gift was made)

Gifts can be made on-line and the instructions box can be used to give us the information about the gift.
